    Mary Lou Langley is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience spanning real estate, finance, and operations. Recognized for her strategic acumen and relationship‑driven leadership, she combines a deep understanding of market dynamics with a disciplined, results‑oriented approach to growth. At Steepl, she leverages her background in brokerage ownership, financial management, and team development to foster lasting partnerships and build organizational value.

    Mary Lou’s career began in banking and mortgage lending, where she held leadership positions consistently exceeding performance goals and navigating complex financial portfolios. Transitioning into real estate, she successfully owned and operated her own brokerage before becoming a top producer with Coldwell Banker Realty, earning International Diamond Society and Sterling Silver recognition for her excellence in client service and sales performance.

    Mary Lou’s early experience working with renowned speaker Tony Robbins strengthened her consultative communication skills and deepened her commitment to personal accountability. Beginning in the finance department at Robbins Research International, she was soon selected to represent the finance team at corporate events, where she proactively stepped into multiple roles to enhance operations and elevate the VIP client experience. During her tenure, Mary Lou was recognized for her exceptional contributions and was honored by her peers as the Most Valuable Team Member with the award presented by Tony Robbins himself.

    Mark Kenji Gonzales is a transmedia creative director and pipeline architect who translates complex IP lore into high-yield visual assets and engaging player experiences. Inspired by golden-era '90s gaming, Kenji specializes in adapting legacy properties, architecting production pipelines, and building original titles across interactive media.

    His studio track record spans major gaming and media ecosystems. As an early team member at Phoenix Age, he helped scale the startup through its acquisition by Kabam. There, he led internal art teams and UI/UX pipelines for flagship multi-million-dollar titles including Castle Age and Underworld Empire—directing teams that shattered revenue projections. His ground-floor experience also includes early-stage growth at Gaia Interactive and Emerald City Games, along with co-creating Hallow Road Digital.

    •Studio Growth & Revenue Scale: Scaled Phoenix Age from an early 13-person startup through its acquisition by Kabam; directed internal art and UI/UX teams on multi-million-dollar grossing franchises (Castle Age, Underworld Empire) that exceeded all projected revenue expectations.

    •Global Tabletop Redesign: Redesigned the children’s dice game RUMMS for historic German publishing house KOSMOS, renowned globally for Settlers of Catan.

    A veteran talent agent, media executive, dealmaker, and strategic advisor with more than 25 years at the forefront of entertainment, global sports, and broadcast media.

    A Partner at Paradigm Talent Agency, one of the world’s leading talent agencies, Kingsley serves in a senior leadership role across media and sports representation, advising elite broadcasters, iconic athletes, world champions, coaches, and senior executives. He is also the Founder and CEO of 3 Kings Entertainment, the broadcast and media talent firm he built into a nationally recognized platform before its successful sale to private equity in 2016.

    Kingsley’s career spans the full ecosystem of entertainment and sports through his work with major television networks, global streaming platforms, premier sports agencies, league offices, and ownership groups. He has negotiated thousands of high-level agreements across every major broadcast network, sports league, and digital platform, shaping the trajectories of many of the industry’s most visible on-air and athletic talent. His influence extends across Hollywood studios, media conglomerates, sports franchises, and C-suite leadership throughout the global media landscape.

    Recognized for his executive judgment and long-term strategic vision, Kingsley operates at the intersection of talent, enterprise value, and capital. Beyond his agency leadership, he has advised private equity investors in sports, media, and entertainment and has played a meaningful role in shaping the evolution of modern representation across Hollywood and global sports. His work is defined not only by transactions, but by enduring relationships, institutional trust, and sustained impact across the industry.

    He and his wife of more than 23 years, award-winning journalist and national news anchor Jan Jeffcoat, have two daughters and divide their time between Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and their home on Lake Murray in South Carolina.
